| About Ms. Herbert-Diaz
A native of Boston MA, Ms. Herbert-Diaz has been dancing since age
three. With over thirty years of dance competitions and teaching
experience, she combines her knowledge of Theatre, Ballet, Jazz, Tap,
Ballroom, Latin Dance as well as Pilates,Yoga and Fitness to improve
your body/mind and perfect placement connection and is an acredited ACE Personal Fitness
Trainer & AFAA Group Fitness Instructor.

She has an Associate of Science
in Recreational Therapy, is a former faculty at NYU, and a former World,
International, and National Ballroom dance champion. She is a Master
teacher of Ballroom Dance, and creator of the new
workout "Ballroomlates" combining Pilates core work with Ballroom style,
technique, and partnering, as well as Rhythmic YogaTM, Iron YogaTM
and Bikram Yoga. She is currently working on her new book "Ballroom
Babylon" and also producing her own Manhattan Cable TV show Bonnie
Herbert Lifestyles ™ as well as her own series of fitness dvds called "Ballroom Burn™.

Bonnie recently finished filming "Enchanted" a Disney Movie set for a Thanksgiving 2007 release starring Patrick Dempsey, Susan Sarandon, Amy Adams, James Marsden, and Idina Menzel. Bonnie was one of 72 principal dancers assembled for a lavish Kings and Queens Ball Scene set in current day NY. Bonnie quickly took on the personna of her costume as can be seen in the photo at left. Ms. Herbert as her freinds call her, lives in NYC with her two cats Buji "The Cheetah"
Cinel Herbert and Princess Amber-Angelique the 5th. She
dedicates her teachings to her mentors Daurice McIntyre,
Bob Medeiros, Bill Davies and Madame Darvash for making
it all possible..........
