SEPTEMBER 29TH | 5:30PM
Priority Booking For Members + Discounted Tickets – Celebrate the close of the growing season with an evening that blends the warmth of community, the bounty of Oregon, and the magic of open-fire cooking.
The evening begins with a welcome pour of wine before seating for an unforgettable harvest celebration. Two centerpiece dishes are prepared over open flame — salmon roasting on stakes and a whole pig slow-cooked in the in-ground earth oven until tender and full of flavor.
A four-course dinner follows, inspired by the best from local farms and paired with DANCIN’s current and library vintages. Live music from Jeff Kloetzel provides the perfect backdrop for this annual harvest tradition.
