SEPTEMBER 29TH | 5:30PM
Priority Booking For Members + Discounted Tickets – Celebrate the close of the growing season with an evening that blends the warmth of community, the bounty of Oregon, and the magic of open-fire cooking.
Our culinary team will prepare two centerpiece dishes over open flame — salmon roasting on stakes and a whole pig slow-cooked in our in-ground earth oven until tender and full of flavor. The evening begins with a welcome glass of wine and paired passed appetizers on the terrace, where the aromas of the fires set the stage for the feast to come.
You’ll then gather for a multi-course dinner inspired by the best from our local farms, each dish paired with DANCIN’s current and library vintages. Live music from Jeff Kloetzel will carry the evening, creating the perfect backdrop as we share this annual harvest tradition together.
