Join us as we celebrate 14 years of DANCIN with an evening of open-fire cooking, live music, and a four-course dinner among the vines.
The night begins with a welcome pour before settling in for a seasonal menu paired with both current and library DANCIN wines. At the center of the evening, salmon is slow roasted on traditional stakes over a live fire, bringing the warmth, aroma, and experience of this longtime DANCIN tradition to the table.
Live music from Jeni Abdo will carry through the evening as we gather to celebrate fourteen years of wine, food, and hospitality in the Rogue Valley.
