At Summer’s Table is a two-part dinner series inspired by the season’s finest ingredients—from sun-ripened heirloom tomatoes and orchard fruit to pristine seafood, exceptional local meats, and the wines that bring every course to life. Each evening features a distinct four-course menu thoughtfully paired with DANCIN wines, including hand-selected library selections.
Whether you join us for one evening or both, each dinner offers a complete and memorable experience, celebrating the very best of summer before the excitement of harvest begins.
Seating will be limited to 30 guests per evening.
We're incredibly grateful for the overwhelming response to this dinner series. To allow more guests to experience the evening, we've added a second dinner on Friday, August 14th, featuring the exact same four-course menu, wine pairings, and intimate setting at The DANCIN Residence.
