Chef Christopher Kempf has spent 30 years in the restaurant industry starting at a very young age. It wasn’t long before he discovered a love for the service industry and expressing that love to people through food. Having spent time in various regions of the United States, he relocated to southern Oregon 10 years ago where he has combined his experience into a unique style of Pacific Northwest cuisine. Chef Kempf spends his free time with his wife hunting wild edibles, fishing, and exploring the bounty this beautiful region has to offer. He brings a passion of food and service to DANCIN with the love of creating dishes to perfectly compliment the amazing wines of DANCIN Vineyards.
