Lilly Kuropat

Hospitality & Training Lead

Born and raised in Southern Oregon, Lilly has always loved being surrounded by nature. She grew up hiking the Table Rocks and swimming in the Rogue River. Outside of her passion for exploration and nature, she also enjoys fashion, art, and photography. Lilly graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Merchandise Management and a Business Minor. During her junior year of college, Lilly had the opportunity to study abroad at the London College of Fashion, where her love for the arts began to thrive and grow. 

After her very first visit to DANCIN, Lilly felt right at home; loving the hospitality and ambiance that DANCIN has to offer. The environment always reminded her of Italy, and after a little over a year of working for DANCIN, she booked a one-way flight to Florence, Italy. Lilly spent three months in Italy and explored much of the country; falling deeply in love with the culture, the food, and of course the wine. Lilly then returned to the United Kingdom and spent time in both London and Manchester before returning home to Oregon and DANCIN!
