Rich Hanen has 30 years of senior management experience in the wine industry.  He has applied that experience to assist wineries in Washington, Oregon, California, and Australia.  Rich works closely with winery management teams to mentor new managers as well as to assist winery families through generational change.  He has worked with several wineries where he has enjoyed  a successful track record of success.  “The opportunity to assist DANCIN Vineyards as they continue forward and enhance their success is a great opportunity.”
